Network Nebraska offers backbone trunk services for the Internet 1, Internet 2 and video bandwidth to state agencies, education and telehealth users throughout the state.
Local Technical Support
As a requisite of becoming a client, each regional network must have technical service capability within their organization. The first level technical service of each client system will be within its own organization.
Network Nebraska would be responsible for the backbone portion of the system and would work with the respective aggregated client organizations to resolve traditional troubleshooting and problems through a technical help desk. A technical problem is noted either directly by technicians or through a request for assistance.
A second type of help desk is more of an information desk where questions are either answered or the caller/petitioner is directed to the correct place to get an answer.
